About Jair F. Coll

Jaír F. Coll (B. 1997) is a Colombian documentary photographer who explores belonging and resilience in marginalized communities. He is based in the city of Cali, but has covered news and stories for international media and foreign aid agencies throughout his country.

His photography, intimate and colorful, has won the Sony Photography Award, the POY Latam and the Simon Bolivar National Journalism Award. Coll is a frequent contributor to The New York Times, Bloomberg, The Guardian, Reuters, Open Society Foundations, among others
